ppfeiffer b431797d32 fix(db): upsert_node Race-Condition behoben (UNIQUE constraint) 
INSERT OR IGNORE + UPDATE statt SELECT → INSERT eliminiert den
UNIQUE-constraint-Fehler bei konkurrierenden async-Aufrufen.
