der Weboberfläche (neue Spalte "Gebiet") und im Mesh-Nachrichtentext

NinaBot._resend_loop() laeuft als eigener asyncio-Task; _active-Dict
haelt aktive Warnungen vor (Cancel entfernt Eintraege).
