ppfeiffer 49e8b409bd fix: v0.5.1 - Fernet key setup fuer EncryptedCookieStorage korrigiert 
Fernet-Objekt direkt an EncryptedCookieStorage uebergeben statt
bytes (die intern nochmal base64-encoded wurden).
